Publish or Perish -- or NYH?

  • You're a busy physician.
  • You burst with great ideas about new techniques, better diagnostic procedures, new treatments, results of clinical trials.
  • You want to write about these ideas and information, get them into print for your colleagues and your patients.
  • But how
  • You hate to write.
  • One physician commented, "If it's a case of writing a publishable article or having a root canal, I'll have a root canal."
  • And when?
  • Today's physicians are running to stay in place, trying to fulfill all the demands on their skills, energy, and time, yet find a few hours to spend with their families.
  • There's no time to write medical articles--or even books,  No matter how important the material may be. .
  • The answer to Publish or Perish is collaborating and co-authoring with NYH, the WRITING DOCTOR.
  • Call me at 585-385-1515 today while I still have a space on my schedule.  OR:
  • E-mail me at nywriter@rochester.rr.com.  You will be glad you did.
  • You will firm up your tenuous tenure track.  Referrals will crowd in from everywhere.
  • My staff will do extensive research to strengthen your conclusions.
  • If you're busy, will NYH come to you?  Of course.  Her mantra is, "Have credit card, will travel." OR Get Nancy Yanes-Hoffman, THE WRITING DOCTOR, to collaborate and co-author with you.
  • Whether you have ideas, notes, or a first draft, she will save you time and effort.   She will write, rewrite, edit, and polish your material.
  • You will say what you mean.
  • Your chances of publishing your work will be far better.  NYH knows the way medical publishing works (see Curriculum Vitae).
  • Her record in working with peer-reviewed journals, medical or trade publishers will serve you well.
  • If your tenure is tenuous at a Medical Center, collaborating and publishing with NYH will keep you on track.
  • If you're in practice, collaborating and publishing your work with NYH will bring referrals.
